The Site purchases mailing lists from a national list supplier, which is updated quarterly with additions and removals. As a member of the Direct Marketing Association, the Site respects the rights of individuals to be removed from the mailing lists. To request removal from national mailing lists, including the one utilized by the Site, please visit the Direct Marketing Association Consumer Assistance website.
Once removal is requested, it may take three months or more for the Site’s mailing list to be updated, as we receive quarterly updates.
Legally Required Disclosures
The Watermark Group will disclose User Information if we are required to do so by law or if in good faith we believe that such action is necessary to:
